How it works
The Google Drive connector indexes documents stored in your Drive. It currently supports the following file types:- Google formats: Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Microsoft formats: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Other formats: PDF, CSV, TXT, and a range of other document, plaintext, and image files
Setting Up
Please note that this connector requires a few setup steps. Choose the approach that best fits your situation:- [Recommended] Service Account setup — Ideal for organizations with a business Google Workspace and access to the Admin panel. If you meet these requirements, this is generally the preferred approach. Follow the Service Account setup guide to get started.
- Individual OAuth setup — Suitable for those without a business Google Workspace. This method uses an individual account to authorize access. Follow the OAuth setup guide for instructions.
