How it works

The Fireflies connector imports and indexes meetings from your Fireflies account into ASSIST AI.

Setting Up

Authorization

  1. Log in to Fireflies Sign in to your Fireflies account. The user must be properly authorized.
  2. Open Settings Click on your profile avatar and select Settings, or navigate to Settings from the sidebar.
  3. Open Developer Settings Select the Developer Settings option.
  4. Copy the API Key Locate and copy your API Key.
  5. Authorize the Connector Use the copied API key to authorize your Fireflies connector in ASSIST AI.

Indexing

  1. Open the Fireflies Connector Go to the Admin Panel, select “Add Connector” from the sidebar, and click on the Fireflies tile.
  2. Create Credentials Click “Create New” and enter your API Key along with an optional name for your credentials. Click “Create” — your credentials will be saved and automatically selected.
  3. Configure the Connector Click “Continue,” choose a name for your connector, set the document access level, and assign any relevant groups.
  4. Create the Connector Click “Create Connector.” ASSIST AI will automatically begin indexing your Fireflies meetings.
