The RequestTracker connector pulls in all tickets updated within the last 10 minutes into your dataset. Tickets are automatically refreshed every 10 minutes.
Note: Only Request Tracker REST API 1.0 is supported at this time. REST API 1.0 is implemented in Request Tracker 4.x — Request Tracker 5.x is not currently supported.

Setting Up

Create or Assign a Request Tracker User

Create a Request Tracker user that has read access to all queues you’d like ASSIST AI to index, or use an existing account with the appropriate permissions.

Configure Request Tracker connector and begin indexing

  1. Open the RequestTracker Connector Navigate to the Admin Panel in ASSIST AI and select the RequestTracker Connector.
  2. Enter Your Credentials In Step 1, provide your Request Tracker username, password, and the base URL of your RT installation.
  3. Start Indexing In Step 2, click Connect to begin indexing your Request Tracker tickets.
