The Productboard connector imports all Features, Components, Products, and Objectives into ASSIST AI. Please note that at this time, the Productboard API does not support pulling in Releases or Notes. All supported content is automatically refreshed every 10 minutes.

Authorization

  1. Get access token Follow the Getting a token guide here to get an Access Token.

Indexing

  1. Open the Productboard Connector Navigate to the Admin Panel in ASSIST AI and select the Productboard Connector.
  2. Enter Your Access Token In Step 1, provide the Access Token obtained in the previous step.
  3. Start Indexing Click Connect to begin indexing your Productboard content.
