The Guru connector imports all Cards accessible to your user account based on a User Access Token. Cards are automatically refreshed every 10 minutes.

Authorization

  1. Obtain an Access Token Generate a User Access Token for your Guru account. Refer to the Guru API guide here for detailed instructions on how to do this.

Indexing

  1. Open the Guru Connector Navigate to the Admin Panel in ASSIST AI and select the Guru Connector.
  2. Enter Your Credentials In Step 1, provide your Username (typically your email address) along with the Access Token obtained in the previous step.
  3. Start Indexing Click Connect to begin indexing your Gong Guru cards.
