Are documents and queries sent to third-party LLMs? Yes. Queries are sent to the LLM configured for your deployment. Only LLM providers approved and configured for your environment are used - no other third-party services receive your data unless explicitly enabled by your administrator. Is any data used for model training? No. Customer data is never used for model training or fine-tuning of any kind. Where is my data stored? Your data is stored exclusively within your dedicated cloud environment. See the Data Storage section for full details on what is stored and how it is protected. Does ASSIST AI have access to my data? No telemetry or usage data is collected from your environment. Your data remains entirely within your dedicated cloud environment and is not accessible to the ASSIST AI team. What encryption standards does ASSIST AI use? ASSIST AI uses AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit across every component of your cloud environment. How are security incidents communicated? Security incidents are communicated directly via email to all authorized contacts within your organization, with details on the nature of the incident and the steps taken to resolve it. Does ASSIST AI cache or index my documents? Yes. Indexing is required to enable reliable context retrieval, which is core to how the platform works. All indexed data is stored exclusively within your dedicated cloud environment and is never shared with other clients or external parties.
