How is my data kept secure?
All document processing and metadata storage take place within ASSIST AI. While there are options to use external LLMs or third-party services during indexing, the default setup keeps all processing local. Refer to the security section for more details.
Why are connectors and indexing important?
Just as LLMs are trained on vast amounts of internet data, ASSIST AI builds its own understanding of your organization’s documents, concepts, and people.This enables it to deliver more accurate and context-aware answers to internal queries, compared to relying solely on standard search APIs at query time.
