# Slab

## How it Works

Slab is a wiki-based tool where individual pages are referred to as Posts. ASSIST AI indexes the titles and contents of these Posts, pulling them in and refreshing them every **10 minutes.**

## Setting Up

### Authorization

1. **Fetch your Slab Bot Token**
   Get the Slab Bot Token

## Indexing

1. **Open the Slab connector**
   Head to the Admin Panel and select the **Slab Connector**.
2. **Enter the Bot Token**
   In Step 1, paste the Slab Bot Token obtained above.
3. **Enter the Slab URL**
   In Step 2, provide your Slab workspace URL (e.g., `assistai.slab.com`).
4. **Begin indexing**
   Click **Connect** to start the indexing process.
