# RequestTracker

The RequestTracker connector pulls in all tickets updated within the last 10 minutes into your dataset. Tickets are automatically refreshed every 10 minutes.

> **Note:** Only Request Tracker REST API 1.0 is supported at this time. REST API 1.0 is implemented in Request Tracker 4.x — Request Tracker 5.x is not currently supported.

## Setting Up

### **Create or Assign a Request Tracker User**

Create a Request Tracker user that has read access to all queues you'd like ASSIST AI to index, or use an existing account with the appropriate permissions.

### **Configure Request Tracker connector and begin indexing**

1. **Open the RequestTracker Connector**
   Navigate to the **Admin Panel** in ASSIST AI and select the **RequestTracker Connector**.
2. **Enter Your Credentials**
   In Step 1, provide your Request Tracker **username**, **password**, and the **base URL** of your RT installation.
3. **Start Indexing** In Step 2, click **Connect** to begin indexing your Request Tracker tickets.
